P3M Engine helps ensure that needed consistency by taking most of the work out of process definition and most of the risk out of process execution. If you have never enjoyed consistency before, you will be amazed at how much easier work becomes.

P3M Engine comes with a default Project Management Plan that has several sub-plans. Each sub-plan has default content that is optimized to work with P3M Engine. You can modify these defaults, but there is no need.

These sub-plans are not just documents for everyone to read. They actually define, setup and enforce your policy and processes. Users of the system must adhere to the defined process, providing greater consistency and reliability.
